About Kim Kelly – Bookkeeper

 bookkeeping for small business, Invoicing

I am a licensed member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers with over 25 years’ experience in business and finance.

I have worked in large, multicultural organisations such as Capgemini, EDS & Capitol, as well as the NHS. I have also worked with sole traders, limited companies and partnerships with just a few employees.

My extensive track record means I can adapt to different business environments and pinpoint your particular bookkeeping and credit control needs.

Basically, l become your remote bookkeeper or credit control manager or, even better, your accounts office - without the overheads!

I love organising! I love targeting paperwork clutter: nothing makes me happier than to create order out of chaos! Some business owners contact me, embarrassed, because their books are in such a mess - or they don't even have any books (just boxes of receipts and invoices)!

I tell them they needn't feel awkward - it's a pure joy for me to transform all that stray paperwork into a workable system.

This isn't just about having a tidier office. Giving you a clearer picture of your finances empowers you to take your business where you really want it to go - whether that's changing more people’s lives with your products or services, tendering for a new contract, branching out into a new industry or simply being able to afford time to get away on a well earned holiday!

I am a Trustee and voluntary treasurer for the West Mercia Search and Rescue Charity.
